1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shvlli.com (“Site”) and the purchase of digital game keys, gift cards, software licenses, and similar digital products (“Products”).
1.2. By creating an account, browsing the Site, or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
1.3. The Site is operated by Shvilli Ltd, a registered UK company (see Section 12).
1.4. Shvilli operates as a direct seller and/or authorized reseller of digital Products.
1.5. Payment processing is carried out through approved third-party payment providers.
1.6. Shvilli may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to future purchases from the publication date.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
2.1. “Account” – A registered user profile on the Site.
2.2. “User” – Any individual or business accessing or purchasing from the Site.
2.3. “Product” – Digital goods, including game keys, software licenses, subscription codes, or gift cards.
2.4. “Transaction” – A completed purchase of any Product.
3. Applicability
3.1. These Terms apply to all Users and all Transactions on the Site.
3.2. By purchasing a Product, you enter into a contract with Shvilli, subject to these Terms and the Product listing.
3.3. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have legal authority to bind that company.
4. Account Registration
4.1. You may need an Account to complete a purchase.
4.2. You must provide accurate, truthful information and keep your login details confidential.
4.3. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
4.4. Shvilli may suspend or terminate Accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
5. Products, Orders & Delivery
5.1. Product pages display region restrictions, platform requirements, and delivery format. You must confirm compatibility before purchase.
5.2. An order becomes binding once payment is successfully processed.
5.3. Products are digital only and delivered instantly via email and/or your Shvilli dashboard.
5.4. Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited (see Section 8).
5.5. Shvilli reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold orders for fraud checks or errors.
5.6. Products may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial bulk purchases without written permission.
6. Prohibited Use & Intellectual Property
6.1. You may not misuse the Site, engage in illegal activity, or interfere with its operation.
6.2. Attempts to gain unauthorized access, alter Product codes, or perform fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
6.3. All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Shvilli and protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.
7. Fraud Prevention
7.1. Shvilli may conduct identity or payment verification checks before delivering a Product.
7.2. Suspicious activity may result in order cancellation, Account suspension, or reporting to payment providers or authorities.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
8.1. Digital Products cannot be returned once delivered or viewed.
8.2. If a Product is faulty, invalid, or not delivered as described, you must contact Customer Support within 24 hours.
8.3. Upon review, Shvilli may:
- replace the Product, or
- issue a refund at its discretion.
8.4. Orders canceled before delivery may be refunded depending on the payment provider’s rules.
8.5. Refunds are not issued for: - incorrect region/platform selected by the User
- buyer remorse
- misuse of keys
- activation attempts outside supported regions
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Shvilli’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.
9.2. Shvilli is not responsible for:
- losses caused by User error
- indirect or consequential damages
- lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
By using the Site, you consent to this processing.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
11.2. Any dispute must first be submitted to Shvilli Customer Support.
11.3. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the competent UK courts within 6 months of the Transaction date.
