1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1 Stripe (Credit & Debit Cards)

We accept major cards including:

  • Discover
  • JCB

Payments are processed instantly and securely through Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider.

Card details are never stored on Shvilli servers.

1.2 Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available for supported:

  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Mac
  • Safari browser

Payments are authenticated using Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode.

1.3 Google Pay

Google Pay is supported on:

  • Android devices
  • Chrome browser
  • Supported desktop browsers

Checkout is fast, secure, and protected by Google identity verification.

2. Currency

All payments on Shvilli are processed in:

USD (United States Dollar)
unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

Your bank or card provider may:

  • Convert the payment amount
  • Apply a foreign transaction fee
  • Use their own exchange rate

Shvilli does not charge any currency conversion fees.

3. Security & Fraud Protection

All payments are protected using:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption
  • PCI-compliant payment gateways
  • 3D Secure authentication (when required)
  • Fraud monitoring systems

Suspicious transactions may require additional verification before delivery of digital products.

4. When Will My Payment Be Charged?

Your payment is charged:

  • At the moment you complete checkout
  • Before your digital product is delivered

Once payment is confirmed, delivery is instant via email and your Shvilli dashboard.

5. Payment Verification

Certain transactions may trigger verification:

  • High-risk payments
  • Mismatched billing or geo-location
  • Multiple failed attempts
  • Fraud warnings from the payment provider

Verification steps may include:

  • Email confirmation
  • ID confirmation (rare and only when required by Stripe)
  • Payment method confirmation

These checks protect customers and prevent unauthorized use.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail if:

  • Your bank blocks online/foreign transactions
  • Insufficient funds
  • Wrong card details
  • Device not supporting Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • 3D Secure authentication fails

If a payment is declined, please contact your bank or use another payment method.

7. Refunds to Payment Methods

Refunds (when applicable under our Refund Policy):

  • Are sent back to the same payment method used during purchase
  • May take 3–10 business days depending on bank processing times
  • Follow Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay policies

Shvilli cannot speed up bank processing times.
