All items are delivered electronically — no physical shipping is involved.
This Digital Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, accessed, and supported.
1. Delivery Method
All products sold on Shvlli.com are delivered through one or both of the following:

A delivery email is sent automatically to the customer containing:
- The digital key or license
- Activation instructions
- Order summary
Emails are sent to the email address used during checkout.

Customers may also access their products directly from:
My Account → Orders → View Product
All purchased keys are stored securely and can be accessed anytime.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant in most cases.

More than 95% of orders are delivered within:
- 5–30 seconds via email
- Immediately inside the user dashboard
Exceptions (1–10 minutes)
Rare delays may occur due to:
- Payment verification (Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
- Fraud-prevention checks
- Email provider filtering
- High system load
In such situations, Shvilli guarantees delivery within 1–10 minutes.
3. If You Don’t Receive Your Product
If your product has not arrived within 10 minutes:
3.1. Check your email folders
- Spam / Junk
- Promotions / Updates
- Bulk or filtered folders

We will resend the product manually if needed.
4. Delivery Verification
For security and fraud prevention, Shvilli may verify:
- Payment authenticity
- Billing email ownership
- Unusual activity
- Duplicate orders
Verification safeguards protect customers from unauthorized transactions.
Orders under review may take up to 30 minutes.
5. Failed Delivery or Invalid Product
If you receive:
- A code that does not activate
- An incorrect product
- A missing digital item
You must contact Customer Support within 24 hours of purchase.
Shvilli will:
- Re-issue a new working product, or
- Replace the item with an equivalent value, or
- Refund the order (as per Refund Policy)
We guarantee fair resolution for every verified issue.
6. No Physical Shipping
Shvilli does not ship physical goods.
There are:
- No shipping fees
- No packaging fees
- No customs, VAT-on-import, or handling fees
Everything is delivered electronically.
7. Delivery Regions & Restrictions
Some products may contain:
- Region locks (e.g., EU, US, Global keys)
- Platform restrictions (Steam, EA, Microsoft, PlayStation, etc.)
These restrictions are always displayed on the product page.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
8. Accessing Your Order History
Customers can access all previously purchased products at any time:

The dashboard includes:
- License keys
- Downloadable content (if applicable)
- Activation guides
- Purchase receipts
No expiration unless stated on the product page.
9. Payment Confirmation
Deliveries are triggered only after successful payment confirmation by:

- Apple Pay
- Card Issuing Banks
If the payment requires additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure), delivery will occur immediately after approval.
