At Shvilli, we are committed to clear, honest, and transparent pricing.
This page explains how prices, taxes, fees, and payment methods are displayed and processed during checkout when using Stripe, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, visa and Mastercard.

1. Product Prices

All product prices shown on Shvlli.com include:

  • The base price of the digital product
  • Any discounts or promotions applied
  • Currency clearly displayed before checkout

Prices are shown before final taxes and payment-processing fees (when applicable).

2. Taxes

Digital products may be subject to regional taxes such as:

  • VAT
  • Digital Goods Tax
  • Local consumption taxes (depending on your country)

Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer’s billing address or payment method region.

The full tax amount is displayed before you complete payment.

3. Additional Fees

Shvilli does not add any hidden fees.

However, certain payment methods may apply:

  • Payment processor fees
  • Cross-border currency conversion fees
  • Bank or card issuer fees (depending on your card currency)

These fees are controlled by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider (Google/Apple Pay), or Stripe, not by Shvilli.

Shvilli does not profit from these fees.

4. Currency Display

Your order will always show the correct currency before payment.

The following may affect your final amount:

  • Your bank converting from your local currency
  • Stripe or Google/Apple Pay using standard FX rates
  • Minor variations due to exchange rate fluctuations

The amount shown at checkout is exactly what Shvilli charges.
Any exchange differences come from your bank or payment provider.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following:

Stripe

– Visa
– Mastercard
– American Express
– Discover (region-dependent)
– International debit/credit cards

Google Pay

– Supported cards saved in Google Wallet
– Mobile-verified transactions
– No additional charges by Shvilli

Apple Pay

– Cards added to Apple Wallet
– Secure Face ID / Touch ID authentication
– No additional charges by Shvilli

All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

6. How Prices Are Displayed at Checkout

At checkout, you will see:

  1. Product Price
  2. Quantity and Total
  3. Taxes (if applicable)
  4. Final Amount Before Payment
  5. Selected Payment Method
  6. Currency of the Charge
  7. Any third-party fees (shown by the wallet provider)

No charge is made until you press Pay Now.

7. Digital Delivery Transparency

All products are digital and delivered instantly via:

  • Your Shvilli Dashboard
  • Email (Order Confirmation)

There are no shipping fees, no physical handling fees, and no additional delivery charges.

8. Refund Transparency

Our refund rules are clear and displayed publicly in the Refund Policy:

Refunds are allowed only if:

  • The key is invalid
  • The product was not delivered
  • A technical error occurred
  • A duplicate order was made

Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method only.

No hidden deductions.
